4.

Push the instrument end through the distal
connector silicone opening. Make sure the
connection is not tight, but that the instrument
does not fall out of the distal connector.

5.

Select a luer hose for the standard basket. Inspect the luer hose. Make sure the luer
hose has no kinks or ruptures. Do not use a damaged hose.

6.

Push the blue luer lock onto the distal connector
and turn clockwise until firmly attached.

7.

Place the instrument with the distal connector and luer hose into the basket. Make
sure the instrument does not poke through the basket or point upwards.
