CAUTION

In the interests of health and safety, all medical washers should be cleaned as
part of a routine maintenance program. This will ensure that the equipment is
safe for operators and maintenance personnel. To keep your equipment
operating within the design parameters, the following checks must be
performed on a regular basis. Please note that the completion of these
checks is not a substitute for regular servicing and maintenance by a suitably
qualified technician.

7.2

Daily Cleaning and Inspection

1.

Make sure there is sufficient chemical in the chemical bottle(s) for the day's planned
wash cycles.

2.

Open the lid. Inspect the lid seal and lid spray
nozzles. Make sure the lid seal is in good
condition. Make sure the lid spray nozzles are
not blocked and are free of debris.

3.

Remove the basket from the tank and inspect. Make sure the basket flush ports are
undamaged and free of blockages or debris. Inspect under the basket and make
sure the basket manifolds are undamaged and free of blockages or debris.
