General faults

Display

Possible cause

Solution

Controller not functioning at all
Display empty/dark

Controller power supply is inter-

rupted.

•  Check the controller power 

cable.

•  Check the fuse for the 

power supply.

Pump is not running but drinking water is being drawn off.
The pump symbol rotates.

Pump power supply is interrupted. Check the pump power cable.
Pump has seized up. 

Get the pump working again.

The pump symbol does not 

rotate.

Hot water temperature has 

been reached. 

No fault.
