Any claim has to be made to the manufacturer via the dealer. To handle
your warranty claims we need a detailed description of the defect,
including type of appliance, battery voltage, battery capacity, purchasing
date, description of defect, connected loads.
After a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the final
customer we shall accept no more warranty claims, unless explicitly
agreed in writing with the manufacturer.
The dealer‘s warranty based on the sales contract concluded with the
final customer shall not be affected by subject warranty.
To handle a warranty claim the defective appliance must be returned to
our factory at Pettenbach in a transport-proof packing.
Fronius shall not bear any costs for transport or consequential damages
caused by the failure of the appliance.
