Slide Switch
The slide switch is designed for quick pursuit mode

Terminals 1 and 2 of the 12-terminal connector
(see pages 35-36)
. By default,

Push Button Switches (S1-S7)
Seven push button switches are provided to operate
your external lights or devices. Each push button
(
S1-S7
) will control the corresponding item(s)
connected to Terminals 5-11 of the 12-terminal
connector (see pages 35-36). Each of these seven
outputs is protected with a 20A fuse
(see page 46)
.
By default, buttons
S5
,
S6
, and
S7
are designed for use with a
compatible
arrowstick (traffic director).
S5
is designated for the Warn Pattern.
S6
is
designated for the Left Pattern.
S7
is designated for the Right pattern.
Pressing
S6
and the
S7
button at the same time will activate the Center Out
pattern. When these buttons are used, the corresponding pattern will display
on the LEDs located above the Manual and Air Horn buttons.
In addition, by default, buttons
S5
,
S6
, and
S7
act like radio buttons (when you
activate one, it de-activates the other two). If you will
NOT
be connecting
S5-
S7
to an arrowstick, you can disable the Arrowstick LED display and allow the
buttons to be activated simultaneously. (See page 7 of the
