Basic Slide Switch Auto-Activation of Siren 

 

Under normal operation, when you place the siren in “Pursuit” mode by 
moving the slide switch to Position

, the Siren will automatically activate 

with the WAIL tone. 

 

If you would like to disable this feature, change this setting. 

 

 

Place the PGM DIP switch in this position: 

Up

 

 

Place the Rotary Knob in this position: 

Radio

 

 

Place the Slide Switch in this position: 

Off

 

 

And toggle this button: 

S4

 

 

 

If

 is 

Red

: 

(Default setting) 

The siren will automatically activate 

whenever the unit is in Pursuit mode (slide switch 
moved to Position

:  The siren will NOT activate automatically with the slide 

switch. 

 

Once you have programmed your option(s) to the desired setting(s), 

you must

 flip the PGM DIP switch down to save the changes. 

 
 

If you would like more advanced programming of this feature, this siren can 
also be programmed to auto-activate different tones in different slide switch 
positions, as well as auto-activate with any of the push buttons.  Activation of 
the WAIL tone in Position
