User Guide

Temperature Sensors

Consider the following when choosing a location for the temperature
sensors:

•

Do not mount the sensors close to sources of intense heat

•

Do not mount the sensors closer than 75 mm (3 inches) to ignition
leads, the distributor or the ignition coil

Diagram 20 – Temperature sensor

Attach the sensor to its appropriate monitoring point.

2.

Connect the wiring harness to the sensor using the Sure-Seal
connector.
