Test Remote and Seatpost Function

T e s t R e m o t e a n d S e a t p o s t F u n c t i o n

Press the remote actuator and push the seatpost down by hand.
The seatpost should compress when the remote actuator is depressed
and weight is applied to the saddle. The seatpost should return to full
extension when the remote actuator depressed again and weight is
lifted from the saddle.
If the seatpost does not compress or extend,

test the remote actuator

hydraulic pressure

. If hydraulic pressure is not sufficient, repeat the

hydraulic remote system bleed procedure

.

The SPEED adjuster controls the speed of compression and extension
when the remote actuator is depressed. Adjust the SPEED adjuster to
the desired setting. Rotate the SPEED adjuster in the direction of the
arrow to increase seatpost compression and extension speed.

This concludes service for the RockShox® Reverb™ Stealth B1

adjustable height seatpost.
