11.4.4 - Resource - Alternate Attendant
- To pro-
gram a second extension to be an alternate ringing
site for incoming calls that are not answered by the
attendant in 30 seconds, press the F3 softkey, "Chg,”
and enter an extension number. Only extensions
that are programmed on the system can be desig-
nated as an alternate attendant.
Default:
There is no alternate attendant.

11.4.5 - Resource - Night Switching - To program
the time of day by day of week for the system to
automatically switch between Day and Night
Modes, press the F3 softkey, "Show.”
Press the F2 softkey, "Next,” until the correct day
is displayed. Once the day is correct, press the F3
softkey, "Show.”
For each day the Start and End times must be
programmed. Use the F3 softkey, "Chg,” to enter the
time in the field. Once the information is entered,
the Service Mode must be changed to Time for the
programming to take affect.
Note: If the attendant forces the system into Night Mode
using F63 the automatic switching mode is disabled. To
return to automatic switching, the attendant has to access
F#0 and change the service mode to Time.
Default: System is in day service mode.
