Ball Turn Panel Plan:
The Ball Turn Panel attaches above or below the deck to the
“deck side” (if clamp conflict exists, mount to “post side”) of
the posts with 4 post clamps. See the Top Down View for
placement.
INSTRUCTIONS:
•
Install the wall on the “deck side” of the posts
•
Install the top stubs of the panel into the pipe clamps.
Install the pipe clamps to the post. Plumb and level.
Once set, repeat for the bottom.
•
Install with no more than 3 1/2” between the wall and
the nearest edge of the deck and/or post. Installation
above or below deck requires the same distance
between the wall and deck. This measurement is
CRITICAL for the safety of the users.
•
It is helpful to install with a couple of equal size shims
under the wall to help hold the wall in position.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Event: Rotationally molded double wall panels connect to
posts via 14 gage 1/315” outer diameter pipe stubs. Lexan
covers the ball containment area. Metal brackets are
powdercoated.
Paint shall be electrostatically applied oven cured powdercoat.
Hardware: Stainless steel tamper resistant
MAINTENANCE:
Touch up any marred paint surfaces.
Periodically check hardware for integrity and tightness.
