Crawl Tunnel Plan:
The Crawl Tunnel connects to the playground below the deck
with the openings directly below the Guard Wall and Wheel
and Alpha Panels.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Install the tunnel under the deck with blocks under the
tunnel to stabilize as you install the pipe clamps.
2. Bottom of panel should be at least 12” off dirt grade.
3. When panel is installed and level, adjust the spacer
pipes so that there is less than 3 1/2” between post and
spacer bar and panel.
4. Block the tunnel.
5. Install clamps side ways to the ‘deck’ side of the posts.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Event: Crawl Tunnel shall be constructed of 4’ plastic linear
low density 3/8” wall tunnel has 2 rotationally molded, high
density, U.V. stabilized end panels that are toggle bolt
connected. Panels connect to post with 4 – 48” long 1 3/8”
pipes and 8 clamps.
Paint shall be electrostatically applied oven cured powdercoat.
Hardware: Stainless Steel tamper resistant
MAINTENANCE:
Touch up any marred paint surfaces.
Periodically check hardware for integrity and tightness.
Superficial scarring of the plastic can be ‘healed’ by gentle use
of a heat gun or torch.
