AutoSupport
lets
the
Verde
master
node
automatically
contact
recipients
when
the
array
generates
certain
kinds
of
messages.
You
can
also
use
it
to
generate
AutoSupport
Log
(ASL)
sets
for
use
by
Spectra
Logic
Technical
Support.
The
array
can
ASL
sets
to
Spectra
Logic
or
recipients
when
critical
events
occur,
or
on
a
monthly
basis.

I
NFORMATION
Contact
information
helps
Spectra
Logic
in
contacting
the
administrator
of
the
Verde
arrays
during
troubleshooting.
Entering
the
contact
information
is
typically
a
one
‐
time
‐
only
process.
1.
From
the
menu
bar,
select
Support > Contact Information
to
display
the
Contact
Information
screen.
2.
Click
New
in
the
Customer
Contact
Information
pane.
The
New
Contact
Information
dialog
box
displays.
3.
Enter
the
requested
information
and
click
Create
.
