If either the upper or lower load range limit green box is continually
pressed, then the load rise or decrease to a new load set point is
accelerated. If the new load to set and apply is “overshot” for the
cursor position on the slide scale indicator from an accelerated
approach, then individually step press to the precise load to set using
the appropriate lower or upper load range limit green box.
When the correct “
Pump up to ” load has been reached, press the
green tick box to accept the new load value to be set for segment ( S4 )
of the ( P4 ) program. The press reverts to the Display Screen ( B )
environment with the new Increase Load details accepted for the
segment ( S4 ) and showing the full program segments sequence for
( P4 ). If the red cross box is pressed, the new load details are not
accepted and the press reverts to the Display Screen ( B ) environment.
Maintain or Hold Load Function Symbol Program Segment
The
Maintain Load function symbol is used in a program sequence if
the load value is to be maintained at the applied “ Pump up to ” load
value by the auto top up facility offered by the press. The Hold Load
function symbol is used in a program sequence if the applied “ Pump
up to ” load value does not have to be maintained by the auto top up
facility. (A pre-applied higher load value can be allowed to relax to a
steady lower state if this type of pressing requirement is needed using
the
Hold Load function in a program sequence.)
When creating a highlighted segment ( S# ) with either the Maintain or
Hold Load symbol for any program ( P1 to P6 ), pressing the Maintain
or Hold Load symbol box from the Display Screen ( C ) environment
accesses the following Display Screen.
