Settings cooling
5.2. - Settings cooling
The menu is closed by pressing “esc” or select-
ing “Exit settings”.
The necessary basic settings required
for the control of the cooling function are
made in menu “6. Settings cooling”
Caution
This does not under any
circumstances replace the
safety facilities to be pro-
vided by the customer!
Parallel translates the dew point characteristic curve.
This curve is used to calculate and prevent unwanted condensation, which occurs
when at a speci
fi
c humidity the room temperature drops below a speci
fi
c value (dew
point). Usually the temperature should be higher than at dew point.
Cooling correction can be used to shift the calculated dew point by up to 10° C.
Example: Condesation occurs with the standard value => The dew point/room tem-
perature should be higher.
Example: Condensation can be ignored, but a colder room temperature is needed =>
Temperature can be lower.
Settings range: -10° C to 10° C / Default: 0
5.2.1. - Cooling correction
Caution
Lowering the calculated dew point curve can result in condensation,
which can facilitate e.g. mold.
Switch off hysteresis for cooling
This setting is used to determine the allowed undershoot to the calculated reference
fl
ow temperature at sensors S3 or S2 (when connected S3, otherwise S2). When the
temperature drops below this value, cooling is switched off.
Settings range: -10°C to 10°C / Default: 0°C
5.2.2. - Off hysteresis
note: In menu 5.2.9. sensor S3 can be set to „ignore“
