Select the network switch type with the joy stick, then
press the EXEC button.
The ISDN Configuration (LDN) menu appears.

Enter your area code in the AREA CODE boxes A1 and
A2.
Do not enter the first zero number of your area code.
(e.g., enter only “408” for California.)

Enter your telephone number and sub-address in the
LOCAL NUMBER boxes A1 and A2.
Enter the asterisk ( ) after the telephone number, then
enter the sub-address. You cannot use the alphabet in a
sub-address.

Enter your country code in the COUNTRY CODE box.
(e.g., enter “1” for the USA.)

Enter your prefix number in the PREFIX box if you are
using a PBX (Private Branch exchange).
(e.g., enter “9” if you have to dial nine to reach an outside
line.)

The number input in the PREFIX box is automatically
dialed before the telephone number is dialed.

Press the EXEC button on the Remote Commander.
The ISDN Configuration (SPID) menu appears on the
screen. (This is only for the USA and Canada.)

Set up the ISDN Configuration (SPID) menu. (This is only
for the USA.)
For details on the SPID registration, see “SPID
Registration for Customers in the USA” on the next page.

Press the EXEC button on the Remote Commander.
The registration is completed.
To cancel the setup
Press the CANCEL button on the Remote Commander.
