When an error occurs during the DRAM test of VCP, the DRAM may be defective, or the clock (27
MHz, V-Sync) of the video system may be not input correctly.

When the application does not work even though the system has PASSED self-diagnostics, a trouble
may be existing inside the VCP. Replace the VCP (IC300).
