Save Phone Book
Allows you to save the data in the Phone Book
on a “Memory Stick”. The data already on the
“Memory Stick” is then overwritten.
Load Phone Book
Allows you to load the data in the Phone Book
from a “Memory Stick”. The data already in
the Phone Book is then overwritten.
When saving and loading Phone Book data,
make sure that the version of the terminal from
which the data was originally saved is the same
as the version of the local terminal. If the
versions differ, the data may not be properly
recognized.
Clear Phone Book
Allows you to delete a Phone book on the
Communication Terminal.
You cannot recover the cleared Phone Book.
