Setting the "Spectrum" trigger method
1.
Open the "Configuration" screen.
2.
Tap the "Trigger" icon.
3.
Activate the
enabled
checkbox.
4.
Enter the particular values in the
Pre-trigger time
and
Post-trigger time
fields.
5.
In the
Data to store
picklist, select the data you want to save.
6.
In the
Trigger method
picklist, select the
spectrum
option.
7.
Tap the "Trigger" icon.
The previous measurement or the currently loaded measurement will be displayed
in the "Spectrum" screen.
8.
Tap the particular position within the spectrum.
The frequency and level values of the selected position will be shown in the entry
fields.
9.
Tap the "Add grid point" ( ) icon.
A grid point will be added to the position selected in the spectrum.
10. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for each further grid point to be added.
11. Close all screens to switch to the "Start" screen.
The trigger settings will be used starting with the next measurement. A yellow
indicator line ("trigger curve") is shown in the spectrum. This indicator line indicates
the reference spectrum and that the "Spectrum" trigger method is activated.
