2  Safety instructions

DANGER!
Fatal electric shock hazard!

In daylight conditions the PV generator supplies the Compact Station with a 
high DC voltage.

Make sure that all electrical feed-in lines to the Compact Station are de-
energized before starting any work on the Compact Station or the feed-in 
lines.

Components within the Compact Station are charged with a high voltage.

Never open the Compact Station while it is in operation.

2.1 

Intended use

The Compact Station is designed exclusively to convert the direct current generated by 
PV modules into alternating current which conforms to the parameters of the public grid. 
Any other use is contrary to the design purpose. SolarMax Produktions GmbH accepts no 
liability for damage resulting from using the unit for any other purpose. Any modifications 
to the Compact Station carried out by the plant operator or fitter without prior release or 
approval by SolarMax Produktions GmbH are not permitted.

The Compact Station is designed for external installation.

Slave stations may only be connected to multi-tracking TS-SV master stations. Slave 
stations are not designed for single-tracking operation.

2.2
