4 Installation
4.1 Transporting and storing the Compact Station
Make sure that the ambient conditions during transportation and storage are within the
specified limits (for details see Section 12).
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
The Compact Station is a heavy device. If the Compact Station is transported
in an inappropriate manner it is possible for it to fall over and cause serious
injury to persons.

Ensure that the transport and lifting devices have sufficient loading / lif-
ting capacity.

The Compact Station must be transported in an upright position.
■ ■
Caution: establish the center of gravity. The center of gravity of the Com-
pact Station is not in its center!

Secure the Compact Station during transport against tipping over or
falling.
The Compact Station is fitted with four eyelets of 50 mm diameter at its base; these can
be used for lifting the Compact Station with a crane.

The Compact Station can be lifted with a forklift truck provided a timber section has been
placed underneath the base frame. Minimum length of forks: 2,200 mm.
