To
confirm
the
drivers
installed
correctly,
do
either
of
the
following:

Open
the
Windows
Device
Manager
and
check
the
Solarflare
adapter
is
present
under
Network
Adapters.
•
Start
Solarflare
Adapter
Manager
(
Start
>
All
Programs
>
Solarflare
Drivers
>
Solarflare
Adapter
Manager
).
If
the
Solarflare
adapter
is
installed
and
working
correctly,
it
will
be
shown
in
the
SAM
main
screen,
along
with
any
other
adapters,
as
in
Repair,
Remove
and
Change
Drivers
and
Utilities
From
the
Control
Panel
>
Programs
>
Programs
and
Features
,
select
the
Solarflare
Driver
Package
then
select
Uninstall
,
Change
or
Repair
from
the
menu
bar
above
the
program
list.
Install
Solarflare
Adapter
Manager
Installs
Solarflare
Adapter
Manager
(SAM)
for
easy
access
to
adapter
configuration
options,
wizards
for
teaming
and
VLAN
setup,
adapter
statistics,
and
diagnostic
tools.

SAM
is
installed
by
default.
Note:
If
this
option
is
grayed
out,
you
need
to
exit
the
Solarflare
installer
and
then
install
Microsoft
.NET
Framework
3.5
before
re
‐
running
the
Solarflare
installer.

area

icon
for
launching
Solarflare
Adapter
Manager
(SAM)
locally
or
for
a
remote
computer.
The
icon
is
not
installed
by
default.
