The bivalent heat source
does not have the
necessary power
In the case of electrical bivalence add the
2
nd
level or replace the cartridge heater
with a different one with a higher rated
input power.
Low power of the heating
circuit circulation pump
Increase the power of the circulation
pump by setting a higher differential
pressure. The circulation pump must be
able to transport the required amount of
heat to all rooms. At the same time,
however, do not set the differential
pressure too high. This would
unnecessarily increase the electrical
consumption of the pump and the too
high flow would also cause undesirable
destratification of the heating water in the
storage tank.
Too low requested control
temperature
If you are using a heat pump for heating,
activate the function “Enable temporary
increase of control temperature”.
Unsuitable setting of the
equitherm curve or the
requested constant
temperature of the
heating water
If you use a heat pump for heating,
increase the requested heating water
temperature in the equitherm curve
setting for the given outside temperature
or the constant temperature setting.
The power of the heat pump is
constantly changing
It is not a fault
Fluctuations of the required power are
normal in the proportional control and
they are connected, for example, with the
periodic cycles of defrosting of the outside
temperature or with other sources of
fluctuations in the control temperature in
the storage tank. Changes in the required
power are necessary during the control
and they do not affect the life of the heat
pump.
The solid fuel boiler gets
overheated
Incorrect position of the
output temperature

Place the output temperature sensor as
close as possible to the boiler so that it
will be able to react to the heating of the
boiler on time.
Insufficient power of the
circulation pump
Replace the circulation pump with
another type with sufficient power.
Incorrect value of the P-
component
If you have a continuously controlled
circulation pump (by the PWM signal),
increase the value of the P-component,
