Caution
[Cautions when using this controller for the first time]
(1) Reset the alarm
Two alarms will be generated when power is applied to the controller for the first time, and when the
power is applied to the controller after replacement of the battery.
The “Absolute ID not match” alarm (code : 1-153) is generated first. Reset the alarm. (The absolute
ID in the absolute controller will be initialized.)
After resetting the first alarm, the alarms listed below are generated. Reset the second alarm. (The
alarms are dependent on the condition of the battery.)
- “Low Battery voltage” alarm (Code : -107) --- Battery voltage is low
-“Abnormal absolute ENC” alarm (Code :-152) --- Encoder signal counting error.
- “Abnormal absolute ENC” alarm (Code :-154) --- Encoder signal counting error.
(2) Continuous charging of the battery is necessary.
When power is supplied to the controller for the fist time, please energize continuously to charge the
battery.
The battery charging time will depend on the specifications of the battery used by the customer.

Please refer to this manual for return to origin operation of this controller, and return operation after
resupplying power.
Please refer to the controller manual of LECP6 * series for the basic operation method.

Please keep this manual safe for future use. It will be necessary to refer to this manual along with the
teaching box and the setting software manuals at installation and faultfinding.

Caution
Please remove the batteries if this controller is not used for a long time.
