Modify the values of the parameters to
appropriate ones and test the operation.
Voltage drop
Temporary voltage drop in the power
supply.
CN1 (EMG terminal for the power supply
connector) is turned OFF due to the
temporary voltage drop of the power supply
and the actuator stops. The stopping
condition is released by the voltage
recovery.
Possibility of momentary voltage drop due to
an inadequate power supply capacity is
inadequate, or the power supply is inrush
current suppressor type.
Pushing
operation
Operation
failure

k during pushing operation the INP
output signal is turning on.
(On completion of pushing the operation
the output INP signal is generated, the PLC
cannot confirm the completion of driving. )
If the controller version is below SV1.00, the
pushing force is reduced when the energy
saving mode is turned on. If the pushing force
is reduced to a value less than the value in
step data “trigger LV” the INP output signal is
turned off.
Check the INP output signal before the
energy saving mode is turned on.
Inappropriate
specification
Check if a product with a suitable
specification was selected. Reconfirm the
combination of the power supply and the
actuator and controller.
Check if the product number of the controller
actuator is appropriate for the used actuator.
Signal
timing
Check the timing of the signal from the PLC
to the controller.
PLC processing delay and controller scan
delay are generated. Please ensure an
interval of 30msec or more between input
signals, and maintain the signal state.
