The reduction increases linearly (from 0 % at 5 °C, 20 % at -2.5 °C to 40 % at -10 °C).
At an outside temperature of -2.5 °C, a minimum ventilation of 30 % is thus reduced by 20 %, giving a reduction
of 6 %.
