Exercise instructions
1. We recommend to drink 1 glass of mineral water before exercise. You should drink at least 3 liters
of mineral water each day to maintain a good health.
2. Connect the mains cable to the device.
3. Position yourself on the appliance as explained later on.
4. Press the start button, to start the exercise.
5. Never exceed the maximum exercise time of 20 minutes.
6. We recommend to exercise 3 to 4 times a week, each with at least 1 day rest in between.
