Fault 48: Parameters
Trigger for the malfunction:
If a sterilization program has been started the CPU checks, if the parameters stored in the electronic board will
guarantee a successful sterilization cycle.
If not (e.g. the time for sterilization at 134°C is less than 180 seconds or less than 900 seconds for 121°C), the
"Fault 48: Parameters" will be shown on the display.
Cause / Correction
Check for cause of problem by operator:

Acknowledge the malfunction and select and start a different program.
Malfunction in unit – correction by Technical Service staff:
Wrong parameters for sterilization

Wrong parameters have been entered into the CPU of the main board.

Check the pressures, temperatures and times for sterilization-cycles (P6...P10, T1...T5, t1...t5) in the
"
Service-Program " and correct the wrong parameters or retrieve the saved parameters ("copy to
EEPROM").
