The test byte is generated as XOR-function of the telegram's preceding 2
or 5 bytes.
A0 … A4: binary coded address 1 … 31, address 0 is defined for master.
RR: broadcast bit = 1 command is valid for all devices, there will be no
answer to this command.
L: length bit: 1 = short telegram (3 byte); 0 = long telegram (6 byte)
