Thread Gear Case (Key 220) into Motor Housing (Key 205) and torque to

10-12 foot-pounds (14-16Nm).

Thread Gear Case (Key 229) onto Gear Case (Key 220) and torque to

35-40 foot-pounds (47-54Nm).

Replacement Collet and O-Ring can be

purchased from Signode Service Parts

as Cartridge Repair Kit (Part Number 424048).
