Fully seat and secure the lead screw.

Push the coupler all the way into the bearing, and retighten screw

Tighten the coupler to fully secure the lead screw to the coupler.

Loosen the screw securing the coupler on the motor so that you can push it into the flange bearing. Use an Allen

key or other tool to push the face of the coupler into the bearing. This will ensure that there is no play left and
right in the lead screw. Fully re-tighten the set screw on the motor shaft to hold everything in place.
