From this menu you can:

Allows you to...

Cut or Copy, Paste

Cut or copy and paste a selected portion of the spreadsheet and

paste it into another portion of the spreadsheet.
Note: The two portions must have the same shape and involved

properties.

Copy, Paste Link

Copy and paste a link node.

Fill Up

Fill a certain number of cells with the value of the cells selected

on the bottom.

Fill Down

Fill a certain number of cells with the value of the cells selected

on the top.

Delete

Delete the selected node.

Grid

Customise the appearance of the

Edit Grid

From the Grid pop-up menu you can:

Hide

Hide the columns you don't want to edit to display only the

columns you are interested in.

Show

Display hidden columns.

Sort in ascending order Sort the spreadsheet rows from lowest to highest by the

contents of a certain column

Sort in descending order Sort the spreadsheet rows from highest to lowest by the

contents of a certain column

Column Width

Display the Grid Column Width dialog box to resize the width of

a column – either by specifying the column width in pixels or by

invoking the Best fit function.

Properties

Display the Grid Properties dialog box. Choose which columns

to display by placing a check mark in the appropriate check

box(es).

Split

Split the grid vertically.

You can also sort the rows in the spreadsheet by the contents of a certain column by clicking

on the title of the column.
