  The file is read and the PAK code imported.  

Note: If the import terminates correctly, a window displays indicating that 

the procedure completed successfully. 

6.  Click OK. 

  The imported license appears in the Available Licenses list. 

 

 

You can also generate a .REG file with the PAK number. Once the license has 

been entered into the PAK Manager, verify that it is selected in the list. Then click 

File > Export selected PAK. Choose where you want to save the .REG file and 

name it, then click OK.  

You will then be able to re-import the file whenever you need it.

Converting a .TXT file to activate PAK 

If you received the PAK in a file with the extension .TXT, do the following: 
1.  Copy the file on your local computer disk. 
2.  Rename the file with a .REG extension. 
3.  Follow the steps in Activating the hardware key by importing the .REG file
