Forwarding calls to a mobile phone
Calls can for example be forwarded to the mobile phone
from Executive 1.
Select and confirm the option shown. Calls are forwar-
ded to a predefined mobile phone number.
Forwarding calls to a variable number
Calls can be forwarded to any number.
Select and confirm the option shown. You can change
the number firstly via the context menu.
If each other the other respective secretaries has
the "At Desk" status (

Executive 1 and Executive 2 manage the call for-
warding themselves using the
My status
option.
The change is displayed on the secretary pho-
nes.
