Fuse replacement of the 100 to 240V AC power supply
Fig. 15
Fuse replacement with the 100 to 240V AC power supply
Remove the power supply cable.
To replace the fuse, carefully lever out the fuse drawer with a suitable tool
(screwdriver, 4 mm flat head).
The installed fuse may only be replaced with an equivalent fuse type (micro-fuse:
2A (T), 250V~, 5 x 20 mm).
If the newly inserted fuse is again blown after switching on the controller and
external causes have been ruled out, then there is a defect present the power
supply or in one of the modules that are to be supplied.. In this case, the device
must usually be taken out of operation and must be sent to the manufacturer for
repair. Outside of the warranty period and following the conditions specified in the
chapter Warranty and Liability, a repair on-site may be possible.
5.2.2
Replacement of the memory card
Factory-provided the controller is delivered with an installed CF memory card at a
capacity of 2 GB. If there is a defect present on the memory card or a memory card
with a larger memory capacity is required, it can be replaced.
Specification
Type: CF type 1
Dimensions: 42.8 mm x 36.4 mm x 3.3 mm (L x W x H)
Operating voltage: 3.3 V / 5 V
Capacity: 2 GB (max. 16 GB)
Product quality in accordance with industry standards
Typical performance data
Service life: approx. 2,000,000 write/delete cycles
Reliability: approx. 1,000,000 hours MTBF
All entries of the integrated event memory and possibly also the measurement data
are stored on the CF memory card.
We recommend reading out the data of the CF memory card with the
FibroManager before replacement and storing this data on the service PC.
Defective cards that can no longer be read out with the FibroManager can possibly
still contain data, which can be reconstructed with the suitable software tools.
