After completion of the work, a functional test and commissioning of the controller
is required.
Follow the instructions for the required sequence / positioning during the
installation of the interface cards.
WARNING!
ALL inputs and outputs must be tested after the additional
installation of an interface card or the relocation of an interface
card that had already been present.
Testing of the inputs and outputs
Following the additional installation of an interface card, the insertion of an already
present interface card, the replacement of an interface card, the installation or
replacement of a riser card, a final check of the correct function of all inputs and
outputs must be performed with an I/O Tester and with the use of the Software
FibroManager.
The controller may only be used as a line-type heat detector for fire protection after
the successful test of all inputs and outputs.

I/O Tester
Information: The LED display row “12x Input” indicates the condition of the
expanded inputs in decimal encoding. The LED display row “4x Input” indicates the
condition of the standard inputs in binary encoding. The I/O Tester loops the
outputs of the controller back to the inputs of the controller.
