HOW TO ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE
Function:
Mainboard output, output module, interlocking panel output and NAC
devices etc. can be activated/deactivated through controller manually.
Steps to activate:
1.
Press “Menu” to browse the main menu (Fig. 13-1).
Main menu displayed.
2.
Press “
→
” to select “Brow” submenu (Fig. 13-2). Press “
↓
” to select “All”,
then press “OK” to display the tree diagram (Fig. 13-3). Search down level
by level through stations, lines and points until you find the device you are
looking for.
3.
Press “
→
” to pop out a shortcut menu (Fig.13-4). Use “
↓
” to select
“Activate” and press “OK” to activate the selected device.
4.
Press “Acknowledge/Silence” to silence the buzzer and to turn off the
flashing “Acknowledge/Silence” indicator.
Steps to deactivate (two ways):
1.
Mostly same as the steps on how to activate. The only difference is to
select “Deactivate” instead of “Activate” in step 3.
2.
Another easier way to deactivate is to find the activated device through
real-time activation event query (see real-time event query), Press “
→
” to
pop out a shortcut menu (Fig. 13-5) and press “
↓
” to select “Deactivate”,
then press “OK” to deactivate the selected device.
Activation indicator turns off when all the activated devices are deactivated.
