Description of the process data
The
PDInput Descriptor
(ISDU 14) and the
PDOutput Descriptor
(ISDU 15) provide information about the data structure
of the process data (input and output). The coding is described in the
Smart Sensor profile
specification.
Each part of the process data is described using 3 bytes.
