CONFIGURATION AND OPERATION

For kit B, you can press the “g” pushbutton to switch between the individual sensor
heads without having to engage the corresponding gear.
IMPORTANT!
If one of the checks is negative, you must repeat the configuration process for this
parameter.
8. Once you have completed the check, unplug the USB dongle and replace the cover
on the USB port.
IMPORTANT!
In normal operation, the driver assistance system must not be used with USB devices
connected.
8.3
Setup mode
Setup mode can be activated by pressing the corresponding pushbutton shortcut in
“Operator mode”
. This operating mode is used to check configuration settings that have
been made and to make additional settings for “Operator mode”.
Pushbutton
Description

Shows/hides system information.
g
Bridges the signal of the gear engaged (discrete “gear”) with a soft-
ware and hardware value. No gear should be engaged when using
this function. To change the settings, press the pushbutton again.
1. Simulates reverse gear.
2. Simulates forward gear.
3. Gear is controlled by hardware.
The selected mode is displayed in the system information (pushbut-
ton “i”).
For kit B, switch between the sensor heads.

Activates/deactivates the recording function.
The selected status is displayed in the system information.
F4
Shows/hides the display of the vehicle symbol and the alarm zones
on the top right.
F6
Activates/deactivates audible warnings.
F12
Activates/deactivates the display of the warning symbol.
q
Resets all settings for setup mode and restarts the software.

Scroll through the available information (more information is availab-
le than can be displayed on the screen).
