Lay the cables between the mounting locations. Use cable channels, cable ties, 

and strain-release clamps.

Connecting the devices

WARNING!
Risk of damage to the driver assistance system.

Connecting the display with the evaluation unit when the power supply is switched on 

can damage the driver assistance system.

Switch off the power supply before connecting the devices.

6.5.1 

Connecting kit A

1.  Connect the display cable to the display and the evaluation unit (8).
2.  Connect the transmission cable to the sensor head and the evaluation unit (6) and 

(7).

3.  Connect the evaluation unit to the power cable for the vehicle's electrical system 

(2).

IMPORTANT!

The evaluation unit must be switched off when it is connected to the peripheral sys

-

tems, otherwise the components may become damaged.

6.5.2 

Connecting kit B

1.  Connect the display cable to the display and the evaluation unit (8).
2.  Connect the long transmission cable to the sensor heads and the evaluation unit.
3.  Connect the evaluation unit to the power cable for the vehicle's electrical system

1.  Connect the display cable to the display and the evaluation units (8).
2.  Connect the transmission cable to the sensor heads and the evaluation units (6)
