seating the beads. Using this machine does not prevent the
risk of tyre or air line explosion or wheel failure.
7. Maintain a safe distance from the tyre changer during
inflation.
An exploding tyre may be projected with enough force to cause severe injury or death.
Do not mount a tyre if its dimensions (indicated on the tyre wall) do not match the rim
dimensions (printed inside the rim) exactly, or if the rim or tyre are defective or damaged.
Do not exceed the pressure recommended by the tyre manufacturer.
Using the tyre changer does not prevent the risk of tyre explosion or rim failure. Keep all
persons not working on the machine out of the working area

8. Risk of crushing Presence of moving parts. Contact with moving parts could result in an
accident.
• The machine may only be used by one operator at a time.
• Keep other people away from the tyre changer.
• Keep your hands and fingers away from the rim edge during the de-
mounting and mounting process.
• Keep your hands and fingers away from the head during operation.
• Keep your hands and other body parts away from moving parts.
• Do not use tools other than those supplied with the tyre changer.
• Use lubricant that is specific for tyres in order to prevent tyre seizure.
9. Hazard of electric shock.
• Do not clean the electric parts with water or high pressure air jets.
• Do not operate the machine with a damaged power cord.
• If an extension is necessary, use a cable with a current rating equal
to or greater than the current absorption of the machine. A cable with
a lower current rating than the machine may overheat and cause a fire.
• Route the cable with care to prevent the risk of tripping.
10. Hazard of eye injuries. As the bead seats during tyre inflation,
debris, dust and fluids may be blown into the air. Remove any debris from the tyre tread
on the surface of the wheel. Wear protective eyewear with OSHA, CE
or equivalent approval during mounting and demounting procedures.
11. Always carefully inspect the machine before using it. Missing, dam-
aged or worn equipment (including the hazard labels) must be repaired
or replaced before start-up.
