Operator's manual PT 150 E
Before making any modifications or performing maintenance, disconnect
the machine from the electric power and compressed air supplies and
ensure that all moving parts are securely immobilised.
Keep the working area clean. Do not use compressed air, jets of water or thinner to re-
move dirt or residuals from the machine. While cleaning, try as far as possible to prevent
dust from forming or rising.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for claims resulting from the use of non-ori-
ginal spare parts or accessories.
WARNING
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:
LUBRICATE the arm guides periodically with OKS 250 grease or an equivalent product
after cleaning thoroughly with environmentally compatible solvents.
7. SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS
PROBLEM
The arm does not move when the control lever (1) is operated.
CAUSE
No air received from compressed air
supply system.
SOLUTION
Restore compressed air supply.
CAUSE
Line connecting unit to tyre changer is
bent or crushed.
SOLUTION
Restore correct air line layout, replacing
the line if damaged.
CAUSE
Pneumatic valve controlling air flow is not
working correctly.
SOLUTION
Call technical support service.
