Removing.Drive.Roller
Model W1845 comes equipped with a puller to remove the
drive roller should it become necessary to do so.

To.remove.drive.roller,.do.the.following.steps:
1. DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!
2. Remove hex nut and lock washer securing driver
roller to shaft.

" cap screws on puller
four turns into threaded holes in drive roller
(see
Figure 34
).

Thread and tighten

" cap screw into
center of puller, shown in Figure.34 , until drive
roller is pulled.

To re-install, place drive roller on shaft, and thread
lock washer and hex nut onto shaft and tighten
securely.
. Note:
DO NOT hammer drive roller onto shaft or you
will cause damage to the shaft.
