2. Structural Features and Working Principle
2.1 General Description
Granulator of SG-16N / 20N series are designed for grinding different types of
plastic waste. The granulator is controlled by main power switch, emergency
stop button, safety switch, start and stop button.
2.1.1 Working Principle

The material is fed in via feed box (A) and falls down to the rotating blades (B)
there it grind the material against the fixed blades (C) in the cutting chamber.
Underneath there is a screen (D) which the granulate passes through before it
is gathered in the storage box (E). The storage box, screen and screen frame
are removable. The feed box can also be opened up for easy cleaning and
maintenance.
