ActiveSync connection failure with Windows 7 or 8

According to enhanced network security on Windows 7 and Windows 8,
PC doesn’t allow synchronization with Windows Mobile devices.

To solve this problem,
please uncheck “Enable advanced network functionality” in USB to PC.
