2. If you do not want to use the

“SCAN” button for waking up source, choose

the

“Off” radio button and tap “OK” button in dialog.

Setting the Cradle USB Mode

SHR-1000 have three USB modes for the Cradle. The three modes are

USB hub mode, USB bypass mode and cradle detection mode.

1. USB Hub Mode

You can use the Ethernet or USB port of Cradle in this mode. To use this
mode, choose the

“

USB Hub Mode

” radio button.

2. USB Bypass Mode

This is the default mode of SHR-1000 that have the internal modem.

You cannot use the Ethernet or USB port of Cradle in this mode because
in this mode USB port of cradle is directly connected to internal modem
of SHR-1000. To use this mode, choose the

“

USB Bypass Mode

” radio

button.

3. Cradle Detection Mode

In this mode, if SHR-1000 is mounted on the Cradle, the mode is USB
Hub mode. When SHR-1000 is not mounted on the Cradle, the mode is
USB Bypass Mode. To use this mode, choose the

“

Cradle Detection

Mode

” radio button.
