If using an alternate software or instrumentation to
communicate with the LISST-Tau make sure that the
serial port settings are set to the following:

Baud Rate: 19200
o
8 Bits, no parity, 1 stop bit

output by the instrument, see Appendix C: Parsing Serial
Data String on page 25.
