Main Operation of Cleaning and Maintenance

Operation to be done at the end of every working day:



Empty the skin collecting tray, Attention: the skin are very flamable clean it every day.



Cleaning of the window glass of the roasting chamber.

ATTENTION. do this operation when the machine is cold!

Every Week:

Clean the roasting chamber from the possible skin that can remain inside:



Open the big bolt that close the cover of the machine



Clean the roasting chamber

ATTENTION. do this operation when the machine is cold!

Every Month:

Clean with the air compressed the filters of the machine.

Every 6/8 Months:

Change the filter of the machine
