disassembly

these

 

brass

 

inserts

 

is

 

critical

 

to

 

obtaining

 

a

 

correct

 

environmental

 

seal

 

between

 

the

 

housing

 

and

 

the

 

cover.

To install console cover:

PT

 

is

 

powered

 

off

 

and

 

unplugged.

2.

To

 

prevent

 

gasket

 

from

 

falling

 

out

 

when

 

cover

 

is

 

tipped

 

during

 

installation,

 

apply

 

even

 

bead

 

of

 

Loctite

 

127864XB

 

RTV

 

sealant

 

only

 

into

 

gasket

 

channel

 

in

 

cover,

 

using

 

a

 

20

‐

gauge

 

(0.32in.
