2.65 6003AL Corrected the following antenna positioning problem caused by ship motion
at sea: when elevation > 45 deg and ship rolls, dish moves to 0 deg elevation;
azimuth and cross-level positions are lost and antenna fails. This prom
allows the antenna to experience large ship rolls without loss of position.
