Monitors the antenna tracking and framing of pass data in real time.

Description:
trackeye displays the status of the data acquisition subsystem. At the start of a pass, the satellite, sensor,
start date, start time, and duration are displayed. The current commanded position of the antenna; the
incoming signal strength; and the receiver, bit sync, and frame synchronizer status are updated once a
second (subject to the system load). For the case where the parameter
full has not been selected, the
following data is displayed for a pass being tracked. The antlead option is used to calculate the
adjustments in azimuth and elevation for the antenna associated with the chain.
